Philosophy of Teaching: Something a principal once shared in a meeting has resonated with me throughout my teaching career. She said if a student doesn't learn in the way we teach, we must teach in a way the student can learn. Today's teachers are faced with educating students so they will be able to be successful in a uncertain job market. I believe that every student can learn and be successful. My passion for teaching started 21 years ago and continues today.
